Our Team
Anthony J. Faso has been a Certified Public Accountant and tax specialist in Las Vegas for 17 years. His years of experience in accounting branch from private industry to charitable and entrepreneurial organizations. From volunteering with the IRS’s Income Tax Assistance Program where he was trained by the IRS to provide tax preparation to under privileged families - thru his career with the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, Anthony’s vast experience with tax planning and preparation for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and individuals has been very successful in reducing the effective tax cost to business and individual clients.
Anthony graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in accountancy. He is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants, holds an active Nevada Insurance License, and is a member of the nationally recognized business group LeTip. A native of Las Vegas, Anthony served in the U.S. Army and he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing soccer, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Meilin Hua has more than 23 years of accounting experience. Meilin began her career working for an accounting firm in California. She later took a position as a Senior Accountant in the field of Accounting and Tax Service and Tax Manager for a firm in Los Angeles. As a prior Accounting Manager for a California real estate developer, Meilin’s experience enables her to prepare all phases of the accounting cycle, prepare necessary documents for governmental agencies, and establish LLC business entities.
A committed team member, Meilin is responsible for the preparation of corporation, partnership, and individual tax returns, along with conducting review and compilation reports for engagement clients, and providing bookkeeping services for her clients. As a tax specialist, she will look beyond the numbers and due dates, to plan and structure, to flag problems, and to uncover the most favorable tax advantages and strategies for our clients.
Meilin received her Bachelors of Science degree and her Master of Science degree in accountancy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Shane Harvey joined our office in January 2009. Shane’s expertise lies in tax preparation and auditing, as well as various consulting engagements. He takes pride in working with clients to teach them how to achieve their financial objectives. Shane’s auditing background will aid clients in the process of developing new accounting systems, improving the efficiency of existing systems, and creating internal controls to protect a company’s assets. He understands our clients' resources are generally tied up in their businesses. It takes careful and effective planning and a one-on-one relationship to maximize our clients' earnings and minimize taxes, while balancing their personal and business needs.
Shane obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. A Boston native, Shane is a member of the Massachusetts Army Reserve National Guard and enjoys playing hockey and hiking.
Sandy Chipman manages and oversees all office functions and provides support to all areas of the organization. She is instrumental in communication and coordination of clients needs. Sandy provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support services for the office and assists with maintaining account records on computer and hard copy. With her many years of experience and dedication, Sandy is a huge asset to the firm.
